Maharana Surti Kadhi Masala — authentic Gujarati kadhi spice blend. Mix with curd and gram flour to make tangy, sweet-spicy kadhi. Ideal with rice, pulao or khichdi. Shelf life 12 months.

How to useMix 2–3 tsp of Surti Kadhi Masala with 250 g curd and 2 tbsp besan (gram flour). Dilute to desired consistency with water, bring to a boil, then simmer 5–7 minutes. Adjust salt to taste.

IngredientsRoasted coriander, cumin, fenugreek, mustard, turmeric, asafoetida, red chilli, salt, sugar and natural spices. No artificial colors.

Shelf Life12 Months from the date of manufacture when stored as recommended.

Storage InstructionsKeep in a cool, dry place. Store airtight and away from direct sunlight to preserve freshness and aroma.

Serving SuggestionsServe hot kadhi with steamed rice, pulao or khichdi. Also pairs well as a tangy side with rotis or parathas.
