Instant Idada mix — an easy-to-make, non-fermented Gujarati dhokla-style snack. Ready in minutes: just add water and steam. Perfect for breakfast, tea-time or lunch boxes. Shelf life 9 months.

How to UseMix the contents with required water as per pack instructions to form a smooth batter. Pour into a greased steaming tray and steam for 10–12 minutes until cooked. Serve hot.
