Description
- Maharana No.1 Variyali Dry Ponk.
- Ponk is green tender sorghum, it is not only finger liking good but it also helps us to stay warm and healthy. Ponk is best served mixed with lemon juice and variety of sev.
- Soak dry ponk in water and cook for 2 whistle in cooker, after getting cold dry it with clean cloth. serve with different flavor sev.
- You can also steam it in steamer as dhokla and then serve it with different flavor sev.
- You can also make Chivda from it with dryfruits.
- You can also make Ponk Vada from steamed ponk.
- You can also roasted it mix it fennel seeds and coriander seeds to make mouth freshener.
- You can grind it and make flour of it and then make Sheera from it.
