Shipment of Products:
Purchases are shipped from our own Store. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within duration which depends on destination. Order deliveries will be made usually between Monday – Saturday. Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order . The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance. The selected product will be delivered only in the city it is mentioned as “available” on this Site. MAHARANA FOODS shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery. MAHARANA FOODS will contact the customer on the first time & confirm the date, time & address of delivery. If the delivery fails due to following reasons, MAHARANA FOODS will contact the customer 2nd time to deliver goods & levy delivery charges for the second attempt. The customer has to pay the second time delivery charges.
MAHARANA FOODS will consider the order delivery “failed” in the following cases:

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person.
Delivery Charges: Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out.

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.
