• All food products are prepared under hygienic conditions and comply withapplicable food safety standards. 
• Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual packaging or appearance may vary. 
• Ingredients,nutritional values, and shelf life are mentioned to the best of our knowledge. Customers with allergies must read ingredient details carefully.    

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned. 
• Prices may change without prior notice. 
• Payments must be made through approved payment gateways available on our website. 
• We are not responsible for payment failures due to third-party payment providers.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. 
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as food products are perishable in nature, unless stated otherwise. 
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or unforeseen circumstances. 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or logistics issues. 
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events. 
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Incorrect addresses may lead to delivery failure without refund.    

6. No Return / Refund Policy

Due to the nature of ready-to-eat food products:  

• Returns are not accepted. 
• Refunds are only applicable in cases of:  
• Damaged product on delivery 
• Incorrect product delivered
  (Subject to verification and proof within 24 hours of delivery)  

7. Storage & Consumption Responsibility

• Customers must follow storage and consumption instructions mentioned on the product packaging. 
• We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage, delayed consumption, or mishandling after delivery. 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks are the intellectual property of Maharana and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
