1. No Returns Accepted
We do not accept returns of any ready-to-eat food products once they have been delivered.

2. Limited Refund / Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following cases, as mentioned in our Terms & Conditions:
• Product delivered is damaged
• Product delivered is incorrect
• Packaging is tampered or leaked at the time of delivery
No other reasons will be considered for return, refund, or replacement.
3. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
• The customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice must be shared
• Claims without proof or raised after 24 hours will not be accepted
4. No Refunds in These Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:
• The product has been opened, consumed, or partially used
• Damage occurred due to improper handling after delivery
• Delay in consumption or incorrect storage by the customer
• Taste preference or personal liking issues
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
5. Refund Process
If your claim is approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Right to Final Decision
Maharana reserves the right to:
• Inspect and verify all claims
• Approve or reject refund or replacement requests at its sole discretion
• Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
